Military Officer, DJ Mexes otherwise known as Celebrity Military DJ has reacted to the death of Imoro, a young soldier who was allegedly slain by a mob at Taifa, Ashaiman in Accra.

The 22-year-old soldier, according to sources was on his way home when he was attacked and stabbed severally by unknown assailants.

Downhearted brother-in-arms, DJ Mexes who could not hold back his sentiments wrote on social media "I Tried Taking A Nap But Couldn't. Am Still Heavy With Tears From The Lost Of A Colleagues I Knew & Worked With. The Very People We Placed Our Lives On The Line To Protect Are The Very People Killing Us In Cold Blood And The Civil Police, The People Themselves & The Media, Are Not Talking About It Nor Seek Justice On Our Behalf. But If The Gallant Men In Camouflage Where To Retaliate Now, The Internet Could Be Flooded With Various Headlines WithOut Detailed Inside Stories."

"Please Kindly Help Us Fish Out The Perpetuators Of This Crime." he pleaded.

"My Condolence To The Family Of My Colleague IMORO & The Whole Bush Men, Wizards & Fisher Men As We Jokingly Call Ourselves. We Press On Regardless #Justice4Imoro." he championed.

The tragic incident occurred on Saturday, March 5, 2023.

Meanwhile, Police are currently investigating the circumstances under which the soldier was killed and are appealing for information from the public.
