The fifth edition of the prestigious annual Western Music Awards was held on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at the Best Western Plus Atlantic Hotel in Takoradi.
In attendance were dignitaries like the Western regional Minister, Kobby Okyere Darko Mensah who doubles as the MP for Takoradi, Sammy Flex, Mayor of Sekondi Takoradi, Hon. Abdul Mumin, Bessa Simons, Nhyiraba kojo, Masta Garzy, Frank Duku, amongst others.
France based Ghanaian Gospel Musician, Navah was emerged the ultimate artist of the year.
It hosted performances from the likes of Legendary Kofi Bentil, Nero X, Navah, FnF, TrayZee, Kwesi Swat, AyaRamzyB, Hyndu, Fameye, DopeNation, Mr Drew, Neff Gee, el al.
MCs were Kwame Borga and TV3s MzGee.
