Revered and well celebrated Takoradi based DJ, Nii Adjetey Mubarak widely known as DJ Niiyo has been nominated for Video Jockey of the year at the Premier DJ Awards 2022.
DJ Niiyo has been in the disc jockey landscape for several years now and has contributed tremendously to its development in the Western Region of Ghana.
Over the years, he has received numerous nominations which include; nominations from the Ghana DJ Awards in 2018 and 2021 and nominations from the Western DJ Awards.
In the year 2012, he won the overall best DJ at the annual Skyy MTN DJ Competition which enabled him to become a staff of the Skyy Media Group.
In terms of his prowess, he has hosted a number of some great national events such as being the official DJ of MTN FA Cup final matches between SC Medeama versus Kotoko at Essipong and Hearts of Oak versus Medeama in Cape Coast.
