Ghanaian Gospel singer, songwriter, composer, and performer, George Owens, widely known in the showbiz space as BrAA Owens is back with a bang.

The celebrated gospel musician has released a new sizzling single titled 'Akpe' which means 'thank you' in the Ewe dialect.

BrAA Owens yet again exhibits his unique creativity in this song. Sitting on a contemporary afrobeat, Owens gracefully sings in five different dialects, inspiring English verses with Twi, Hausa, Ewe, and Ga.

BrAA Owens speaking exclusively to Hashim News intimated "I'm highly elated to share my new single of 2023 'Akpe' with everyone. With all that, we went through last year, it's only right my first single of the year is a Thanksgiving song."

"Akpe is my token of gratitude to God for His Goodness and unfailing Mercies for all we have been through and at all times. I have resolved to sing about God's love and Goodness."

In addition, he said, "The song is aimed at confronting Christians and even Muslims,  reminding them that God reigns over everything they are going through."

The groundbreaking sophomore song is produced by the multiple award-winning music producer, JakeBeatz of Hit Factory Studios.

BrAA Owens shot his way into the limelight a few years ago with powerful and inspiring songs such as Mehyia Jesus, Prophecy, Indebted, Merensan Mekyi, Aboadie, Osey, and D33d3w which made an impact in the gospel music scene.

"Akpe" which is out and available on all digital music platforms and stores is currently enjoying massive airplay across the country.

The song is a masterpiece for a regular play.
