Former Black Stars striker Prince Tagoe was given a special welcome following his return to Saudi Arabia, where he visited Al Ettifaq FC.
Tagoe, affectionately called the Prince of Goals, spent two years at the Saudi topflight club during his playing days between 2007 to 2009.
He was one of the best Ghanaian players to ever play in Saudi Arabia, carving a cult hero status in the gulf nation.
During his visit, Tagoe was presented with a plaque of recognition and an Al-Ettifaq jersey. He also shared time with the youth team and has reportedly been tipped to work as a scout for the club.
"Family, words will fail me in expressing the joy I feel in my heart for the opportunity to be with you once again and the love I have for you all, a humbling appreciative Thank you to all who made this visit memorable, God bless you all..!! Wishing My beloved Ettifaq Good Luck In Tomorrow’s Game," Tagoe shared on social media.
Tagoe will be at the Prince Mohamed bin Fahd Stadium to watch Al-Ettifaq and Cristiano Ronaldo's Al-Nassr on Friday.
