Medeama will comeback stronger after consecutive losses - Coach Nebojsa Kapor

Medeama SC head coach Nebojsa Kapor has vowed to reverse the team’s recent struggles following a disappointing 1-0 defeat to Dreams FC in week ten of the Ghana Premier League.

The reigning league champions fell behind to a first-half penalty converted by Joseph Esso and couldn’t recover. Reflecting on the match, Kapor expressed his disappointment with his team’s performance.

"Very disappointing [performance]. We couldn't find our energy and our performance was very disappointing. I'm unhappy, but it's football. i hope we can find ourselves and come back stronger."

"We will identify our problems and improve. Today, we didn’t find our energy, and that didn’t help us," he added.

Medeama, now winless in three games, has dropped to seventh in the standings with 15 points. This marks their second consecutive loss after a similar 2-0 defeat to Hearts of Oak in week nine.

They’ll have an opportunity to turn things around when they host league leaders Bibiani Gold Stars at the T&A Stadium on Sunday.
