"We will do everything possible to get the result" - Medeama midfielder Manuel Mantey ahead of Kotoko clash

Medeama SC midfielder Manuel Mantey says the team is fully prepared for their high-stakes Ghana Premier League clash against Asante Kotoko.

The Yellow and Mauves will host the Porcupine Warriors in a Week 29 fixture of the 2025/26 season at the TnA Stadium on Sunday, April 12.

Speaking ahead of the game, Mantey described the encounter as crucial in the context of the title race, stressing that Medeama are determined to secure all three points.

“This game is very crucial for us because, as far as the title race is concerned, we need a win to go to the top of the table. Kotoko will come in strongly, so we must also be ready. Everyone knows what is at stake, and we will do everything possible to get the result,” he told Medi TV.

A victory for Medeama could send them to the summit of the league standings, depending on results elsewhere, as the title race intensifies.
