Mensah Kweku Emmanuel, the Western Regional Director of the National Service Authority (NSA), has embarked on his second round of monitoring visits to institutions hosting National Service Personnel (NSPs) in the Western Region.
These visits, held on Wednesday, 29th April and Thursday, 30th April, aim to assess the working conditions of NSPs and strengthen collaboration with user agencies for effective supervision and utilization.
During this phase, Director Emmanuel toured a diverse range of institutions including the Lands Commission, Food and Drugs Authority (FDA), Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA), Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA), Effia-Kwesimintim Municipal Assembly (EKMA), Kwesimintim Hospital, Kwesimintim GRA Office, and the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly (STMA).
These engagements provide a platform to interact with management teams and address any challenges faced by NSPs, ensuring their welfare remains a priority.
Committed to enhancing service delivery through robust partnerships, the Director’s visits underscore the NSA’s dedication to not only monitoring but also improving the operational environment for National Service Personnel across the region.
By fostering open communication and oversight, the Authority seeks to optimize the contributions of NSPs in public service.
This follow-up visit builds on a previous tour conducted on 21st April 2026, where Director Emmanuel visited high-profile organizations such as Yilport Holding, Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA), Ghacem, Minerals Commission Ghana, Amalitech Ghana, National Petroleum Authority (NPA), and National Communications Authority (NCA).
Together, these visits reflect a comprehensive approach to ensuring the effective integration and support of National Service Personnel in key sectors throughout the Western Region.
